Absinth Spoon No.8

Similar spoons for absinth have been known for more than 200 years. These are made of a special brass. Application: Put a lump of sugar on a spoon above a glass of absinth. The sugar gets soaked with absinth and then it must be set on fire. The caramel is slowly flowing down into the glass, then it must be stirred. It is possible to dilute the drink with water before consumption.
